We are experiencing major file system failure. We are working on the issue, currently we can not estimate when it is going to be fixed.

UPDATE:
Recovery has been completed and now we are copying recovered data back to home directories.

All files are in their place now and all web sites are online. However cPanel, FTP, and email are still not available because access to files is temporarily limited to read-only mode due to ongoing cleanup procedure.

Site builder is a 3rd party application hosted outside our network. Recently site builder developers have informed that they would be migrating to another datacenter and it seems something went wrong as they started the process. Their website went down and we can't contact them to get more information on the issue. Please accept our apologies for inconveniences, and check back later.

The server has been the target of a DDoS attack. Fro this reason it was nullrouted at datacenter.
We have temporarily enabled DDoS protection. Due to DNS caching changes it can take few hours for service to become available for all website visitors.
cPanel, mail, FTP and related services will not be available the entire time while the DDoS protection is active.

Due to cPanel being unable to set up more than 60000 users per server, we were forced to stop accepting orders for free subdomains until this issue is resolved. cPanel already has this feature request filed, so we will start accepting new subdomains orders as soon as cPanel releases an update with the limit removed.
